Specialty Classes
A safe place for all children
At Mesa Kids Cooking School we incorporate specialty classes for children with disabilities. Our Staff is trained and certified by FEAT to cater to autistic children. We also have a partnership with Kid Cancer Alliance. We host classes for children who wish to take a brake from everyday life. We understand that parents want place where children can come in a judge free zone and to have fun!
We encourage parents to participate in the class with their children if they feel like the child would feel more comfortable until they are familiarized with the facility / kitchen. Our specialty classes involve basic steps. Our facility is wheelchair accessible.

We hope that by reaching out to all children we can build a stronger community and educate our children that all though we all may not look and act the same , we should always hold respect for each other and help each other.
Classes Offered Once A Month
We continue to build our special needs classes. The class is specially fit for any age and customized to them so they all have fun and feel safe in their environment!
October class is a creative class! Kids will get to cut out, bake & decorate 2 pumpkin cookies! Perfect for fall! We look forward to having your kids in this class. Please note that cookies are sugar cookies and does contain, flour, egg and milk.
This is NOT a gluten free recipe. The class is 1 hour long however we understand not all kids can stay for the hour, so feel free to come in late or leave early within the class hour. Our instructors are certified with FEAT and is very important that we are a warm and welcoming environment for your child.
We encourage guardians to stay with the child to help them as well. Siblings are also welcome to sign up for the class even in they are not a special needs child.
Classes are not refundable however with special needs we do offer credit for another date as we understand sometimes kids moods are changing with their needs and we are flexible to that.
We do have to have a min of 2 kids sign up for the class to be able to host it. We will call you the day before if we do not get the min to reschedule or cancel the class. Our classes are small no more then 10.
